Presentation of the program of the 38th Sainopouliou Culture Festival

The heart of culture will beat once again this year at the Sainopouleio Amphitheatre of Sparta, with concerts, contemporary comedies, ancient tragedies, and children’s performances covering a wide range of cultural interests.

The official presentation of the programme for the 38th Cultural Festival of the Sainopouleio Foundation will take place on Monday, 23 June 2025 in the afternoon, at the small “Neromylos” Theatre in the Sainopouleio Grove. The presentation will be delivered by the Mayor of Sparta and President of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, Mr. Michalis Vakalopoulos.

As part of the event, Mrs. Papapostolou will present in detail the programme of the 38th Festival, placing particular emphasis on the excellent cooperation between the Municipality and the Foundation, as well as on the effort to host productions that combine education and entertainment for the audience. Special importance is given to offering a rich variety of events, while also ensuring the inclusion of theatre performances that are lacking in our region.

The programme presentation event will serve as the official “warm-up” for yet another summer full of cultural experiences, setting the stage for a Festival that continues to grow for the benefit of the city and its citizens.
